Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
In original condition with tags attached
Returned in original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase
To initiate a return:

Our support team will respond within 48 business hours with return authorization and instructions.
Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
If your return request is approved:
We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us.
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or color, please request a return and place a new order once the return is approved.
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Personalized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or damaged.
Sale or promotional items may have different return conditions, which will be clearly stated on the product page.
